氫氣發生器產生氫氣的來源以及比較

氫氣(qi)發生氣(qi)是怎么(me)產(chan)生氫氣(qi)的,它主(zhu)要有兩(liang)種不同的來源。
下面就對這兩種工作原理進(jin)行簡易的比較(jiao)下:
一、純水電解制氫
把(ba)滿(man)足(zu)要求的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)水(shui)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率大于1MΩ/cm,電(dian)(dian)(dian)子或分(fen)析(xi)行業用的(de)去(qu)離子水(shui)或二次(ci)蒸餾(liu)水(shui)皆可(ke))送入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)室(shi),通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)水(shui)便立(li)刻在(zai)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)分(fen)解(jie)(jie):2H2O=4H++ 2O-2,分(fen)解(jie)(jie)成的(de)負氧(yang)離子(O-2),隨即在(zai)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)放(fang)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)子,形(xing)成氧(yang)氣(O2),從(cong)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)室(shi)排出,攜(xie)帶部(bu)份水(shui)進入(ru)水(shui)槽,水(shui)可(ke)循環使(shi)用,氧(yang)氣從(cong)水(shui)槽上(shang)蓋小孔(kong)放(fang)入(ru)大氣。氫(qing)質子以水(shui)合(he)離子(H+•XH2O)形(xing)式在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力(li)的(de)作用下,通(tong)過(guo)SPE離子膜,到(dao)達(da)(da)陰極(ji)吸(xi)收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子形(xing)成氫(qing)氣,從(cong)陰極(ji)室(shi)排出后(hou),進入(ru)氣水(shui)分(fen)離器,在(zai)此除去(qu)從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽攜(xie)帶出的(de)大部(bu)分(fen)水(shui)份,含微量水(shui)份的(de)氫(qing)氣再經(jing)干(gan)燥器吸(xi)濕后(hou),純度便達(da)(da)到(dao)99.999%以上(shang)。
二(er)、堿液電解制氫
這個工作(zuo)原理是(shi)(shi)傳(chuan)統隔膜堿液(ye)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)法(fa)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽內的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)氫氧化鉀水溶(rong)液(ye),兩極(ji)室的分(fen)隔物是(shi)(shi)為(wei)航天電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)設備用隔膜,與端板合為(wei)一體的耐(nai)蝕、傳(chuan)質(zhi)良好的格(ge)柵(zha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)等組成電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽。向(xiang)兩極(ji)施加直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)之后,水分(fen)子在電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)槽的兩極(ji)立刻發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學反(fan)應,在陽極(ji)產生(sheng)了(le)氧氣(qi)(qi),在陰極(ji)產生(sheng)了(le)氫氣(qi)(qi)。反(fan)應式如下: 陽 極(ji): 2OH--2e → H2O+1/2O2↑ 陰 極(ji): 2H2O +2e → 2OH- +H2↑ 總反(fan)應式: 2H2O → 2 H2↑ +O2↑ 本儀器對壓控(kong)、過壓保護(hu)、流(liu)量顯示、流(liu)量追蹤等均實行自(zi)動控(kong)制;使輸出氫氣(qi)(qi)能在恒壓下,根據氣(qi)(qi)相色(se)譜儀用氫氣(qi)(qi)量,實現全自(zi)動調節(在產氣(qi)(qi)量范圍內)。
