臭氧發生(sheng)器按臭氧產生(sheng)的方式(shi)(shi)(shi)劃分(fen),目前的臭氧發生(sheng)器主要有三(san)種:高(gao)壓放(fang)電(dian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、紫外線照射式(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)解式(shi)(shi)(shi)。
一、高壓放(fang)電式發生器
該(gai)類(lei)臭氧發生(sheng)器是(shi)使(shi)用一定頻率的高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流制(zhi)(zhi)造高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)內或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)周圍的氧分子發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)反應,從而(er)制(zhi)(zhi)造臭氧。
這種臭氧(yang)發生器具有技術成(cheng)熟、工作穩定、使(shi)用壽命長、臭氧(yang)產量大(單機可達(da)1Kg/h)等(deng)優點(dian),所以(yi)是國內外相(xiang)關(guan)行業使(shi)用zui廣泛的臭氧(yang)發生器。
在(zai)高壓放電式臭氧(yang)發生器中又分為以下幾(ji)種類型:
1、按發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)高(gao)壓電頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)劃(hua)分,有工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)(50-60Hz)、中頻(pin)(pin)(400-1000Hz)和高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)(>1000Hz)三種。工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)由(you)于體積大(da)、功耗高(gao)等缺點,目(mu)前已基本退出市場。中、高(gao)頻(pin)(pin)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)具(ju)有體積小、功耗低、臭氧(yang)產量大(da)等優點,是現在zui常用的(de)產品。
2、按(an)使(shi)用(yong)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體原料劃分,有(you)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型兩(liang)種。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)由氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶或(huo)制氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)機供應(ying)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)使(shi)用(yong)潔凈(jing)干燥的壓縮空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)作為原料。由于臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)是(shi)靠氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)來產生(sheng)的,而空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的含量只有(you)21%,所(suo)以(yi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型發(fa)生(sheng)器產生(sheng)的臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃度相對(dui)較低,而瓶裝或(huo)制氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)機的氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)純度都在90%以(yi)上,所(suo)以(yi)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)型發(fa)生(sheng)器的臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)濃度較高。
3、按冷(leng)(leng)卻方式劃分,有水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)型(xing)和風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)(leng)型(xing)。臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)工(gong)作時會產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)大量(liang)的(de)熱(re)能(neng),需(xu)要冷(leng)(leng)卻,否則臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)會因高溫而邊(bian)產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)邊(bian)分解(jie)。水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)型(xing)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)冷(leng)(leng)卻效果(guo)好,工(gong)作穩定,臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)無衰減,并能(neng)長時間(jian)連續工(gong)作,但(dan)結構(gou)復(fu)雜(za),成本稍高。風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)(leng)型(xing)冷(leng)(leng)卻效果(guo)不夠(gou)理想,臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)衰減明顯。總體性能(neng)穩定的(de)高性能(neng)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)通常都是水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)式的(de)。風(feng)(feng)冷(leng)(leng)一般只用于臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)產量(liang)較小的(de)中低檔臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)。在選(xuan)用發生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)時,應(ying)盡量(liang)選(xuan)用水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)型(xing)的(de)。
4、按介(jie)電材料(liao)(liao)劃(hua)分,常見(jian)的(de)(de)有(you)石英管(guan)(guan)(玻(bo)璃(li)的(de)(de)一(yi)種)、陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)板、陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)管(guan)(guan)、玻(bo)璃(li)管(guan)(guan)和(he)搪瓷(ci)管(guan)(guan)等幾種類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。目前使(shi)(shi)用各類(lei)介(jie)電材料(liao)(liao)制(zhi)(zhi)造的(de)(de)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發生器市(shi)場上均有(you)銷(xiao)售,其性(xing)能各有(you)不(bu)同,玻(bo)璃(li)介(jie)電體成本(ben)低性(xing)能穩(wen)是人工制(zhi)(zhi)造臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)使(shi)(shi)用zui早的(de)(de)材料(liao)(liao)之一(yi),但機械強度(du)差(cha)。陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)和(he)玻(bo)璃(li)類(lei)似但陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)不(bu)宜加工特別在大型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)機中(zhong)使(shi)(shi)用受到限制(zhi)(zhi)。搪瓷(ci)是一(yi)種新型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)介(jie)電材料(liao)(liao),介(jie)質和(he)電極于(yu)一(yi)體機械強度(du)高、可(ke)精密(mi)加工精度(du)較(jiao)高,在大中(zhong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)發生器中(zhong)廣(guang)泛(fan)使(shi)(shi)用,但制(zhi)(zhi)造成本(ben)較(jiao)高。
5、按(an)臭(chou)氧(yang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器結(jie)構(gou)劃分(fen),有(you)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電式(shi)(DBD)和開放(fang)式(shi)兩種。間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電式(shi)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)特點是臭(chou)氧(yang)在(zai)內(nei)外電極區間(jian)的(de)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)內(nei)產生(sheng)(sheng)臭(chou)氧(yang),臭(chou)氧(yang)能夠集中(zhong)收(shou)集輸出使用(yong)其濃(nong)度(du)較(jiao)高,如(ru)用(yong)于水處理。開放(fang)式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器的(de)電極是裸露(lu)在(zai)空氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de),所(suo)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)臭(chou)氧(yang)直接擴散到空氣(qi)中(zhong),因臭(chou)氧(yang)濃(nong)度(du)較(jiao)低通常只用(yong)于較(jiao)小空間(jian)的(de)空氣(qi)滅菌或(huo)某些小型物(wu)品(pin)表面消毒。間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器可代替開放(fang)式(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器使用(yong)。但間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電式(shi)臭(chou)氧(yang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)器成本遠(yuan)高于開放(fang)式(shi)。
二、紫(zi)外線(xian)式(shi)臭(chou)氧發生器(qi)
該類臭氧發生(sheng)器是使(shi)用特定波長(chang)(185mm)的紫外(wai)線照(zhao)射(she)氧分(fen)子,使(shi)氧分(fen)子分(fen)解而產生(sheng)臭氧。由(you)于(yu)紫外(wai)線燈管體積(ji)大、臭氧產量低、使(shi)用壽命短,所以這種發生(sheng)器使(shi)用范圍較窄,常見于(yu)消毒碗柜上使(shi)用。
三、電解(jie)式發(fa)生器
該類臭(chou)氧(yang)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)通常(chang)是通過電解純凈水而產生(sheng)臭(chou)氧(yang)。這(zhe)種發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)能制取高濃度的(de)臭(chou)氧(yang)水,制造成本低(di),使(shi)用(yong)和(he)維修簡單(dan)。但由于有臭(chou)氧(yang)產量無法做大、電極使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)短(duan)、臭(chou)氧(yang)不(bu)容易收(shou)集等(deng)方面的(de)缺(que)點,其用(yong)途范圍(wei)受到(dao)限(xian)制。目前這(zhe)種發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)只是在一些特(te)(te)定的(de)小型(xing)設備(bei)上或某些特(te)(te)定場所內使(shi)用(yong),不(bu)具備(bei)取代(dai)高壓(ya)放電式發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)條件。
